• When you make an order, by the end of the current work day it should be shipped the next work day (Saturdays and Sundays are treated as non-work days in terms of the couriers).

Delivery of products within the Republic of Bulgaria:

 • Shipping cost is absolutely FREE, except in the following occasions:

1.  If the order is under 20 BGN – the shipping cost is 3 BGN.

2.  If the orders is more then 20 BGN - the shipping cost is 0 BGN

3.  Shipping costs for fitness machines and boxing bags are paid by the customer and it is calculated during the order process.

4.       Promotional coupons - the use of promotional coupons in the process of ordering, the discount of the coupon only applies in cases when the product is not in discount or it has a discount, but it is less than the % discount of the coupon. In that case the bigger price reduction is valid.

Example 1 - Product "A" with user price of  100 BGN is not reduced. The user applies a promotional coupon discount of 10%, due to which the product is reduced by 10% and the price of which it is purchased is 90 BGN.

Example 2 - Product "A" with user price of  100 BGN is reduced by 5% in advance, and selling consumer price is 95 BGN. The user applies a promotional coupon discount of 10%, due to which the product is reduced by 10% of consumer price 100 BGN, and the price of which it is purchased is 90 BGN.

Example 3 - Product "A" with user price of  100 BGN is reduced by 15% in advance, and selling consumer price is 85 BGN. The user applies a promotional discount coupon of 10%. As a consequence of that the product is not reduced by an additional percentage and the price that it is purchased is 85 BGN.

Delivery of products within the Republic of Romania:

1.  If the order is under or equal to 50 EUR – the shipping cost is 3.5 EUR.

2.  If the order is above 50 EUR – the shipping cost is 0 EUR.

3.  When the total weight of the shipment exceeds 6 kg an additional fee of 5 EUR is charged.
