Recovery Protein Shake by NUTREND is a powdered drink for use after physical activity. It combines whey protein concentrate with carbohydrates, creatine monohydrate, taurine and selected minerals and vitamins.
It suits active people who want one ready serving to drink once their physical activity is over.
The protein comes from whey protein concentrate, and the carbohydrates from maltodextrin, glucose, isomaltulose (Palatinose™) and the gluten-free cereal complex ModCarb™ made from oats, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat and millet. Each 50 g serving supplies creatine monohydrate and taurine, plus magnesium, potassium, chromium, pantothenic acid and biotin, and the digestive enzyme lactase. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass; magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
One 50 g serving, about two 25 g scoops, is stirred into 200 ml of water and drunk after physical activity. Undissolved particles in the drink are a natural feature of the product.

What does a 50 g serving supply in energy and macronutrients?
In the vanilla and strawberry flavours, one serving supplies 184 kcal (781 kJ), 10.2 g of protein and 33.3 g of carbohydrates, of which 14.8 g are sugars.
How long can an opened pack be used?
After opening, keep the powder at up to 25 °C, protected from heat, frost and moisture, and use it within 2 months.
