Ultra Omega 3-D by NOW FOODS is a food supplement in softgel form that combines natural fish oil concentrate supplying EPA and DHA with vitamin D3.
The softgels are suitable for adults who wish to include these nutrients as part of a daily routine.
The formula is built around natural fish oil concentrate as the source of the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), together with vitamin D3. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of normal bones. Natural lemon oil is included for flavour.
One softgel is taken daily, preferably with the first meal of the day.
How much EPA and DHA does one Ultra Omega 3-D softgel provide?
Each softgel provides 600 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA from 1,385 mg of natural fish oil concentrate, together with 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3.

Each softgel contains natural fish oil concentrate from anchovies, tuna and sardines with natural lemon oil and natural mixed tocopherols, in a shell of bovine gelatin, glycerin and water.
