PalmettoGuard® Saw Palmetto and Nettle Root with Beta-Sitosterol by LIFE EXTENSION is a food supplement in softgel form that combines saw palmetto CO2 fruit extract, nettle root extract, beta-sitosterol and boron.
The softgel format makes it easy to include these plant extracts and boron in a straightforward daily routine.
Each softgel contains a CO2 extract of saw palmetto fruit that supplies a defined amount of total fatty acids. It is combined with root extract from stinging nettle and small nettle, beta-sitosterol obtained from pine, and boron provided as Albion® bororganic glycine. A rosemary leaf extract is also included. The actives are carried in a base that includes pumpkin seed oil.
How are the two daily softgels of PalmettoGuard® taken?
The daily dose of 2 softgels is split into one softgel in the morning and one in the evening.

At 2 softgels a day, the 60 softgels last 30 days.
Does the softgel contain gelatin?
Yes. Gelatin is listed among the ingredients, together with glycerin, purified water, beeswax and sunflower lecithin, and pumpkin seed oil is the base for the extracts.
