This blend is crafted from rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, linseed oil, and evening primrose oil. Together, they provide a natural spectrum of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 fatty acids, with 100 ml of the oil delivering 13 g of Omega-3, 33 g of Omega-6, and 43 g of Omega-9. The oil contains zero carbohydrates, sugars, proteins, or salt. As with any pure oil, it consists entirely of fats, with only a small fraction of saturated fat.
To preserve its quality, this oil should not be heated. It is intended strictly for cold use, making it perfect for stirring into salad dressings, blending into smoothies, or drizzling over finished meals.
