Extra Virgin Olive Oil by LIFE EXTENSION is a cold-pressed olive oil made from hand-picked olives, pressed a single time without refining or added ingredients. It comes in a 500 ml bottle and is intended for culinary use as part of a varied diet.
Its liquid form makes it easy to include in everyday cooking, whether for dressing salads, finishing cooked vegetables, or light sautéing.
The main ingredient of this product is cold-pressed olive oil, obtained through a single mechanical pressing of hand-picked olives without heat or chemical refining. This method preserves the oil's natural composition, including its polyphenol content, which is stated on the label as at least 600 mg/kg. The oil is predominantly composed of fats, with a nutritional profile typical of extra virgin olive oil — high in monounsaturated fat, with smaller amounts of saturated and polyunsaturated fat. No other ingredients are added during production.
The oil can be used as a culinary fat for salads, vegetables, and prepared dishes, or for light cooking, according to personal preference and recipe requirements.
