Triphala BIO Classic Ayurveda by MAHARISHI AYURVEDA is an organic herbal food supplement in tablet form, based on a blend of three fruit powders traditionally used together in Ayurvedic formulations: Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki.
The tablet format makes it straightforward to include as a fixed daily dose within a personal wellness routine.
The formula is built around an equal blend of Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit powders, each making up 32.5% of the blend. These three fruits are combined in what is known in Ayurvedic tradition as 'triphala', meaning 'three fruits'. The powders are derived from controlled organic cultivation, and the blend naturally provides tannins, one of the compound groups found in these fruits.
