This product features CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, an amino acid supplied in a branded form. Each three-capsule serving delivers 2.25 g (2,250 mg) of the ingredient. The capsules use a hypromellose (cellulose) shell. Natural colour variation may occur from batch to batch.
The capsules can be taken with water or another preferred drink. Spacing doses at least two hours apart is recommended on the label.
