Omega-3 & Multivitamins by LYSI is a food supplement pack that combines multivitamin capsules with concentrated fish oil capsules, supplied in soft-gel capsule form.
The capsule format makes it straightforward to include in a daily routine, taken with a glass of water.

Each multivitamin capsule brings together thirteen vitamins together with the minerals chromium, magnesium, manganese, selenium and zinc. The vitamin set spans Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin C and the B-group vitamins, including B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12, biotin, folic acid and pantothenic acid. The pack also includes separate capsules made from concentrated fish oil, which is a source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Both capsule types use a gelatin-based soft-gel shell.
The capsules are swallowed whole with water and are not intended to be chewed.
