Lithothamnion calcareum is a calcareous red alga extract used here as a source of calcium, titrated to 30% calcium content, providing 100 mg of calcium per daily dose (13% NRV). Malva sylvestris (mallow) leaf extract is standardized to 0.3% apigenin, while the chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) ingredient is a flower extract. Aloe vera is included as an inner leaf powder. The tablets also contain calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, and potassium bicarbonate as mineral compounds.
The tablets are chewed directly and, if needed, followed by a drink of water or milk. They are intended for use 20–60 minutes after a meal and before bedtime, up to the stated maximum daily amount.
