Each daily dose of two tablets provides a combination of standardised plant extracts alongside magnesium in oxide form, contributing 56.25 mg per dose (15% NRV). Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The plant side of the formula draws on extracts traditionally associated with herbal supplement blends, such as green tea leaf extract standardised to polyphenols and EGCG, and bearberry leaf extract standardised to arbutin. The remaining extracts — birch, cat's whiskers, dandelion, burdock, fennel, and blackcurrant — complete the formula at set standardisation levels shown on the label.
The tablets are taken with a large glass of water, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, as part of a daily routine alongside a balanced diet.
