The formula is built around potassium citrate and magnesium citrate, two mineral forms commonly used in electrolyte-style drinks, combined with vitamin C and a full set of B-group vitamins. It also includes LONGVIDA®, a standardized turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract, together with an olive leaf (Olea europaea) extract and bromelain, an enzyme obtained from pineapple. Each sachet additionally contains one billion CFU of the probiotic strain Bacillus coagulans ATCC 7050.
The powder is intended to be dissolved in water and consumed as a drink, following the amount and frequency indicated on the label.

- Folic acid — 200 µg per sachet;
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) — 5 µg per sachet;
