The formula is built around shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii), a plant-derived fat widely used in skincare balms for its emollient properties. Calendula extract, derived from the calendula flower, and panthenol, a provitamin commonly used in skin formulas, are combined with vegetable cosmetic oils and tocopherol (vitamin E). On the skin, the balm forms a thin protective layer on the surface, which helps maintain the appearance of the tattooed area.
The balm is applied as a thin layer directly onto the skin and left to absorb, rather than rinsed off or diluted.

Dosage and directions:

- intake: 2–3 times daily, for around 10 days after the procedure or as needed by the skin;

- directions for use: a few hours after the tattoo is completed, wash the area with lukewarm water and a gentle, neutral cleanser, then pat dry with a clean towel without rubbing. Apply a thin layer of the balm onto clean, dry skin until fully absorbed, 2–3 times daily for approximately 10 days. Avoid scratching the tattoo or removing any scabs or flaking skin manually, and keep the area clean, away from dust, dirt, fragrances, and tight synthetic clothing.
