Stipfit by FITOBIOS is a food supplement in tablet form, combining plant extracts of senna, sea buckthorn (frangula), psyllium, and fennel with lactic acid bacteria and vitamin B6. It is manufactured by the Italian company Fitobios and intended for adult use.
Its tablet form and once-daily evening dose make it easy to include in a regular evening routine, taken with a glass of water.
Stipfit combines several standardised plant extracts, including senna leaf extract titrated to 6% sennosides B and sea buckthorn (frangula) bark extract titrated to 7.7–9% glucofrangulin A, both traditionally used plant materials. The formula also includes psyllium seed powder, a plant material containing natural dietary fibre, and fennel fruit extract standardised to 1% essential oil. Alongside these botanicals, the product contains two strains of lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum, together with vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the nervous system.
The tablet is intended to be taken once a day, in the evening, with a glass of water — a simple format that does not require mixing or preparation.
