Performance Iso-Lyte ESD by AMIX PERFORMANCE is a single-serve powdered drink mix in a 30 g portion. It combines carbohydrates with electrolytes, minerals and vitamins and is mixed with water for use during physical activity.

The single-dose format offers a ready-measured serving for preparing an isotonic-style beverage on the go or at training.

The blend is based on carbohydrate sources such as maltodextrin, fructose, sucrose and dextrose together with electrolyte and mineral compounds. These include trisodium citrate, di-calcium phosphate, di-potassium phosphate, magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate Albion® and calcium bisglycinate Albion®. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) complete the micronutrient profile at the labelled amounts per serving.

Stir the full 30 g contents into water until dissolved and consume during physical activity.
