MASTIHA Toothpaste with Mastic

Toothpaste with Mastic by MEDITERRA is a toothpaste formulated with Chios Mastiha extract and other plant-based ingredients for daily oral care.

Mastiha, also known as mastic, is a resin obtained from the Pistacia lentiscus tree grown on the Greek island of Chios, where it has a long tradition of use in Mediterranean cooking, cosmetics, and oral care products. In this toothpaste, Chios Mastiha oil and water extract are combined with Alpine rose extract and an extract of St. John's wort and olive oil, alongside sodium monofluorophosphate. The formula does not rely on artificial colourants.

A small amount of the paste is applied to the toothbrush and used to brush the teeth for around two to three minutes, in the same way as with any standard toothpaste.

Main ingredients:

• Chios Mastiha oil and water extract — derived from the resin of the Pistacia lentiscus tree grown on Chios;
• Alpine rose extract — obtained from the Rhododendron ferrugineum plant;
• St. John's wort and olive oil — a combined plant-oil extract;
• Sodium monofluorophosphate — a fluoride compound, present at 1450 ppm F-.

Dosage and directions:

• One use: a small amount of paste, approximately 1–2 cm, applied to the toothbrush;
• Intake: recommended at least twice daily — morning and evening, or after each meal;
• Directions for use: apply to the toothbrush and brush the teeth thoroughly for about two to three minutes.
