The core ingredient of this tonic is a natural water extract of Chios Mastiha (Pistacia lentiscus), obtained through the distillation of the resin from mastic trees grown on the Greek island of Chios. Mastic resin has a long history of use in traditional Mediterranean skincare. In this formula, the water-based extract gives the lotion its light, non-greasy consistency, making it easy to spread across the skin.

The lotion is applied with a cotton pad or directly with the hands, using circular movements, and does not need to be rinsed off. It is intended for external use only and works well as a step between cleansing and moisturising.
