Clomantivir by BIOTICA is a food supplement in drop form: an ethanol-based tincture of eight plants in a 100 ml bottle, always taken diluted.
Each day's intake of two 40-drop servings carries a fixed amount of every plant, listed below with the amounts the label prints.
Three of the herbs – echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia), verbena (Verbena officinalis) and thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – are used as stalk and come to 80 mg each per day. The remaining five reach 60 mg each: rosehip (Rosa canina), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus) and Allium ursinum, also known as wild garlic or ramsons. Because of the high ethanol content, the liquid is never drunk neat.
How many drops of Clomantivir make up a day's intake?
80 drops, taken as two servings of 40 drops, each stirred into 50 ml of water or juice.
What is the alcohol content of the Clomantivir tincture?
The liquid base is ethanol at 62–68 vol.%, which is why every serving is diluted before drinking.
Which part of each plant does the label name?
Echinacea, verbena and thyme are listed as stalk, nettle and eucalyptus as leaf and ginger as root; rosehip and wild garlic are listed without a plant part.
Ingredients: Echinacea angustifolia (stalk), Verbena officinalis (stalk), Thymus vulgaris (stalk), Rosa canina (rosehip), Urtica dioica (leaf), Zingiber officinale (root), Eucalyptus globulus (leaf), Allium ursinum; ethanol 62–68 vol.%.
