PRO Series Protein Bar by FITSPO is an 85 g protein bar with a chocolate coating, made with a blend of milk and soy proteins for a convenient snack format.
It suits anyone who wants a portable, higher-protein option to keep on hand during the day, at work, or around training, with no preparation needed.
This bar is based on a protein mix that combines calcium caseinate, whey protein concentrate and soy protein isolate. Caseinate and whey come from milk; soy protein isolate is a concentrated plant protein from soy. Together they provide the protein content of the bar. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The bar is intended as a ready-to-eat snack rather than a meal replacement.
Eat the bar as it is, whenever you want a protein snack. No mixing or preparation is required.
