This PowerBar concentrate combines electrolytes with L-carnitine and caffeine. Magnesium is supplied as magnesium carbonate and contributes to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance. Sodium comes from sodium chloride and sodium citrates. The formula also includes citric acid, a small amount of sugar and ascorbic acid.

Shake the bottle, then press the pump five times to measure 20 ml of concentrate and mix with 480 ml of cold water. The prepared drink can be taken before or during physical activity according to individual needs.
