The base of the drink is aquakefir, a water kefir produced by fermenting water with kefir grains and cultures. Per 100 ml, the drink provides 18.4 kJ / 4.4 kcal, 0 g of fat (less than 0.1 g of saturated fat), 1.1 g of carbohydrates (including less than 0.2 g of sugars), less than 0.1 g of protein, 0 g of fiber, and less than 0.01 g of salt.
