Ginger extract is standardised to provide gingerols, while the artichoke extract is standardised to provide caffeoylquinic acids and the birch extract to a set flavonoid content, including rutin. These botanical extracts and bacterial strains are presented together within a vegetable capsule shell.
The capsules are swallowed whole with a large glass of water, without chewing or crushing.

- Birch extract (Betula alba) — dry extract containing 2.5% flavonoids, 200 mg per 3-capsule daily dose, of which 5 mg rutin;
- Lactobacillus acidophilus — 6 billion CFU per 3-capsule daily dose;
- Bifidobacterium bifidum — 6 billion CFU per 3-capsule daily dose.
