The core of each bar is a protein blend of milk protein isolate, beef gelatin hydrolysate and soy protein isolate, delivering 21 g of protein that contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. Fibre is supplied mainly through polydextrose and fructo-oligosaccharide syrup (Actilight®), while the recipe also includes colostrum at 0.4% (minimum 30% immunoglobulins) and zinc as zinc gluconate at 1.5 mg per bar. A milk-protein coating, vegetable fats and selected sweeteners complete the composition and keep the sugar content low.
The bars are ready to eat straight from the pack and can be eaten according to individual needs whenever you feel hungry.
