APPLIED NUTRITION Critical Whey

Critical Whey by APPLIED NUTRITION is a whey protein powder made from whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein.

It is a practical option for people who train regularly or simply want an easy way to raise their daily protein intake as part of an active lifestyle.

Properties and characteristics of Critical Whey by APPLIED NUTRITION:

• blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein;
• 21 g of protein per 30 g serving;
• 1.47 g fat and 1.45 g sugars per serving;
• banana milkshake flavour;
• 2 kg pack with 67 servings;
• mixes with water, milk, oats or home baking.

Critical Whey combines three forms of whey protein in one powder: concentrate, isolate and hydrolysed whey. A 30 g serving provides 21 g of protein, with relatively low fat and sugar. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, so a measured scoop works well around training or at other times of the day. The powder can be taken as a shake, stirred into food or used in baking.

Mix it with water or milk for a shake, stir it into oatmeal or cereal, or fold it into cakes, biscuits and muffins when you want more protein in everyday meals.

Main ingredients:

• Whey protein concentrate — from milk, with sunflower lecithin;
• ISO-XP whey protein isolate — from milk;
• Hydrolysed whey protein — from milk.
