This drink mix combines electrolytes, minerals and selected vitamins in a dissolve-and-drink stick. Calcium is supplied as natural seaweed calcium from AQUAMIN® (Lithothamnion calcareum). The mineral blend also includes sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride, phosphorus, zinc and manganese. The vitamin blend includes vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B1, B2 and B6, biotin, vitamin B12 and vitamin D3. Cocoa extract from Theobroma cacao L. is included and contains theobromine.
Dissolve one stick fully in 400 ml of water, then drink as needed. The mix can be taken before, during or after physical activity, or at other times of day as preferred.
